Questions
Why are there no prices online?
Prices for consoles, storage and beauty devices change within days. You get a quote with the current net price and a validity date instead of a list that is out of date tomorrow.
Who can buy from you?
Registered businesses with a valid VAT ID, such as wholesalers, exporters, distributors and online retailers. We check VAT IDs in the EU VIES system before the first order.
Are the goods original?
Yes. All goods are new and sealed in original retail packaging, bought from VAT-registered suppliers in Germany. Serial numbers or batch codes are recorded for every unit.
Can I ask for products that are not listed?
Yes. Write the product, EAN and quantity in the comment of your request or send it on WhatsApp. We will tell you if we can supply it.
Are you an authorised distributor of these brands?
No. We are an independent trader and not affiliated with the brand owners. Brand names are used only to describe the goods.
